At Velrise, we stand behind the quality of our products. While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we understand that returns or exchanges may occasionally be necessary.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact our customer service team right away—we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
How to Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us First
Please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange authorization and get the correct return address.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility
We accept return or exchange requests only for items with quality-related issues. Please note that minor differences in color or fit are not considered defects.

3. Item Condition Requirements
Items must be returned in:
• Original, unused condition
• Unwashed and unworn
• With all original tags attached
• Protective hygienic liners intact (if applicable)
Items with signs of wear (such as stains or perfume) cannot be accepted.

4. Return Shipping
• Use your local postal service for return shipping.
• Include your return/exchange authorization in the package.
• Keep your tracking number for reference.
• We do not accept cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.) returns.

5. Processing Your Return
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and issue a refund or exchange within 7 business days.

EU returns will be handled in compliance with local consumer protection laws.
